We use square as our payment service. We will send you an invoice and you can pay online!
Every event requires a 30% non-refundable payment at the time of the contract signing. The final payment is then made no later than one day before your event.
Yes, The Garage has multiple handicap accessible entrances.
Yes there is an overtime fee. There is no maximum rental time, but the minium is 3 hours.
We provide what is currently in the space. We have about 30 chairs and 4 tables.
We have four unisex restrooms.
Renters must hire their own security guards. We have prefered vendors however, that we can recommend!
We require a 30% deposit to secure the date. The rest is due before your event. You can pay it off slowly before then or pay it in full the day before.
