What is the cancellation policy?

If you have already signed the contract and paid the deposit, you can still cancel at anytime, but you will lose your deposit.

How can I make an event payment?

We use square as our payment service. We will send you an invoice and you can pay online!

What kind of deposit and payments do you require?

Every event requires a 30% non-refundable payment at the time of the contract signing. The final payment is then made no later than one day before your event.

Is The Garage handicap accessible?

Yes, The Garage has multiple handicap accessible entrances.

Is there an overtime fee if I stay longer? Is there a minimum or maximum rental time?

Yes there is an overtime fee. There is no maximum rental time, but the minium is 3 hours.

What is provided when renting the space? Tables? Chairs?

We provide what is currently in the space. We have about 30 chairs and 4 tables.

Are restrooms avaliable?

We have four unisex restrooms.

What security services do you offer?

Renters must hire their own security guards. We have prefered vendors however, that we can recommend!

Does the venue have liability insurance?

Yes!

Does the venue offer payment plans?

We require a 30% deposit to secure the date. The rest is due before your event. You can pay it off slowly before then or pay it in full the day before.
